WBC is located in Wichita Kansas specializing in capital and maintenance projects in the petrochemical industry. Founders Wallace Wells and Rod Blackburn have over 50 year of combined experience in this industry. Both founders started working in this industry as field personnel and worked their way up through the ranks doing supervision, estimating, project controls, and project management.

Inquiries are returned in a timely manner with concise scope of work definitions, pricing, and timeframe information. Management averages over 25 years of experience providing such information and realizes the importance of accurate work scope development relating to project management. Questions and concerns during the life cycle of a project deserve as much if not more attention. Our experience tells us that delayed responses to questions and concerns quickly bottleneck progress and increase costs. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and professionally.
