WBC is located in Wichita Kansas specializing in capital and maintenance projects in the petrochemical industry. Founders Wallace Wells and Rod Blackburn have over 50 year of combined experience in this industry. Both founders started working in this industry as field personnel and worked their way up through the ranks doing supervision, estimating, project controls, and project management.

Responsive

Inquiries are returned in a timely manner with concise scope of work definitions, pricing, and timeframe information. Management averages over 25 years of experience providing such information and realizes the importance of accurate work scope development relating to project management.
