From before design and budgeting to project completion, WBC has the ability to assist clients in all phases.

Estimating

WBC can assist in AFE preparation and scopes of work requiring minimal information such as P&IDs and plot plans. More detailed estimation can be derived once pre-construction drawings and scopes of work are developed. Estimates can be offered on a “Firm Bid” or “Time and Material” basis.

Fabrication / Installation

We have the ability to fabricate and install structural steel, process equipment, process piping, etc. Qualified craft personnel are available to work with several types of process piping such as carbon and alloy steels, plastics, lined pipe, and fibercast. If detailed construction drawings are not available, we can field dimension and produce fabrication and installation drawings with client approval.

Project Management

In addition to the mechanical fabrication and installation of these systems, we also can manage the entire project. We can develop scopes of work and bid packages for subcontractors and field manage them. Combined with our project cost control abilities this allows clients to focus on their daily duties and have confidence that their projects are being managed with quality, safety, schedule, and cost controls.
